Process – how we work

We know more than 500 bicultural top candidates from personal interviews. In the first years after founding Personalglobal we spent a lot of time on identifying interesting bicultural candidates, meeting them proactively and getting to know them. Our aim was and is to identify the top five per cent of the potential candidates without exception. Therefore today we have a unique network in this segment of the market at our disposal.

We cannot and do not aim to fill every vacant position from our executive pool and the existing network. But we never start from scratch and therefore we are fast even in extremely demanding cases.
